摘　　要：山秀水电站2×800 KN坝顶门机安装场地有限、安装施工技术要求高、工期要求紧,针对这一情况,我们在门机安装前的场地选定、安装时构件吊装、安装完毕后调式及安装安全质量保证措施上进行了充分的考虑,很好地保证了门机的安装质量、工期要求。Hill xiushui power plant 2 x 800 KN limited door machine installation site,the top demands is high,the time limit for a project tight installation construction technology,aiming at this situation,we in front of the door machine installation site selection,artifacts when hoisting installation,after the installation mode and installation is carried out on the safety and quality assurance measures,to ensure the installation of the crane quality,time limit for a project requirements.
