福建两地市社区居民人感染H7N9禽流感疫情信息需求定性研究

摘　　要：目的了解社区居民在人感染H7N9禽流感疫情发生初期的心理状况和信息需求,为疫情防控中的新闻宣传和健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法利用半结构式访谈提纲,在福建省福州市和宁德市的4个社区开展4组小组访谈,获取居民在人感染H7N9禽流感疫情发生初期的担心程度、信息需求、信息获得渠道和对卫生部门行动的满意度。结果在访谈的39名社区居民中,37人对人感染H7N9禽流感疫情表示担心;他们希望获得人感染H7N9禽流感的疾病特征(14/39)、防治措施(10/39)和政府已采取的措施(5/39)等信息。居民获取人感染H7N9禽流感相关知识的途径主要是主流电视(38/39)、报纸(17/39)和网站(9/39);他们感觉政府部门对疫情的处置是及时的(31/39),但信息公布还不全面(12/39)。结论人感染H7N9禽流感疫情相邻地区社区居民在疫情初期存在一定程度的恐慌,迫切需要获得疾病相关知识;政府部门可以增加正向信息的报道,缓解公众的恐慌。Objective To understand the mental status and health demands of community residents at the time of outbreak of human infection with influenza A （H7N9） virus, and to provide the basis for disease control and health educa- tion. Methods With the method of semi-structured focus interview, four groups were conducted in Fuzhou City and Ningde City of Fujian Province. The content of the interview included residents＇ fear level, knowledge demands, information chan- nels, and their satisfaction to authorities. Results Among 39 interviewees, 37 of them feared of influenza A （H7N9） out- break. The participants wanted to obtain the knowledge of disease characteristics of influenza A （H7N9） （14/39）, preven- tive methods （10/39） and the measures that authorities took （5/39）. The main channels through which the participants got knowledge were T~ （38/39） , newspapers （17/39） , and interuet （9/39）. The residents thought authorities released news timely （31/39） but incompletely （12/39）. Conclusion Community residents fear of influenza A （H7N9） out- break to some extent, and want to gain disease knowledge urgently. Authorities could increase positive reports to release the fear of public.
