北京市通州区部分居民防控人感染H7N9禽流感能力及需求调查

摘　　要：目的了解目前北京市通州区居民对人感染H7N9禽流感的相关知识、态度，以及相关知识的需求，为人感染H7N9禽流感的防控工作提供参考依据。方法依据北京市疾病预防控制设计调查方案中规定的应调查人群类别及人数，以方便取样原则调查相应数量的老年人、中学生和中小学生的家长，共计1164人。结果呼吸道传播、接触传播知晓率分别为64．22％和65．20％，发病早期5个主要症状中发热、咳嗽认知最好，分别为87．67％和68．62％，4个主要防控措施知晓率在88．93％～89．03％之间。结论北京市通州区居民对人感染H7N9禽流感的知识有一定程度的了解。应加强60岁以上人群的健康教育。Objective To understand knowledge, attitudes, and demands for human infection with H7N9 virus a- mong residents in Tongzhou District, and provide reference for the prevention and control work. Methods According to pro- gram designed by Beijing CDC, 1164 people were chose from elderly people, middle school students, and elementary and middle school students＇ parents by convenience sampling method. Results The awareness rates of respiratory transmission and contact transmission were 64. 22% and 65.20%. The best awareness rate of main symptoms in early stage were 87. 67% and 68. 62% respectively. The awareness rate of four main control measures were between 88. 93% and 89. 03%. Conclusion Tongzhou District residents had a certain degree of understanding for human infection with H7N9 bird flu knowledge. Health education should be strengthened for the over sixty-year-old people.
