摘　　要：针对企业科研小组组长绩效考评存在的数据统计效率等问题,建立了一种量化的企业员工绩效考评的模型。基于JSP的网络平台,设计了系统数据库、评分主系统和数据导出方法,实现了对企业科研小组组长的月度评分。实践表明,所提考评模型能够较为真实反映被考评对象的实际绩效水平,同时利用所设计的考评系统能大幅提高绩效考评过程中的效率。Aiming at overcoming the problem that data statistical efficiency of the firm research team leader’s performance evaluation,this paper proposes a firm officer’s quantification performance evaluation model.Through the establishment of JSP network platform,it implements the design of system database,evaluation system and data exporting method.This paper also discusses how to realize monthly evaluation on the research team leader of firm’s.Practice shows that the validity of evaluation result under the model,and the evaluation system has been design can increase sharply in the efficiency of performance evaluation process.
