摘　　要：根据税费和党费收费标准,利用Excel的Vlookup和IF函数的强大功能,实现对党员党费的管理和核算,节省了大量的人力物力。According to taxes and dues fees,this article realized the party membership dues’ management and accounting and saved a lot of human and material resources by using the Excel Vlookup and IF functions.
