摘　　要：基于工作过程的"职场模拟与项目导向"相结合的教学模式,其核心就是通过再现真实企业工作情景,运用计算机技能和正确的工作方法,规范地完成工作任务.将二者有效的结合起来,不但可以提高就业能力,更能缩短适应岗位环境的时间。将从校外工学结合不便利的角度,构建一种突出实践课程的虚拟环境下的教学模式。The core section of the construction of teaching mode based on the combination of ＂the business simulation and project oriented＂ is the reproduction of the true scene in the enterprise.Through the computer skills and the correct method of work can complete the work task.Effective combination of the two part not only improves the employment ability but also can shorten the adaptation time to job environment.This article constructs a teaching mode based on being in favor of the practice course of the virtual environment because of the difficulties of the combination of the learning and working out of the college.
