鼻内窥镜下蝶窦开放术的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：为评价鼻内窥镜手术治疗蝶窦疾病的疗效 ,对 18例行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的蝶窦疾病患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果显示 ,鼻内窥镜下术野暴露良好 ,术中开放蝶窦顺利 ,病变组织去除彻底 ;术后窦腔引流充分 ;16例患者获满意疗效 ,无严重并发症发生。认为鼻内窥镜下蝶窦手术治疗蝶窦疾病不仅疗效好 ,且方便安全。To evaluated the effectofendoscopic sinus surgery(ESS)fonor sphenoidal diseases,18 cases of sphenoidal diseases treated with ESS were statistieally analysed.All the patients after ESS were followed up for one year.Result showsed that all the sphenoidal diseases were satisfactorily approached endoscopically,sphenoidal cavities were opened smoothly and disease tissues were completely eliminated.Postoperative endoscopic examination manifested all the openating cavity were satisfactorily marsupialized.The symptoms were improved or relieved in 16 cases.None of the patients undergoing endoscopic sinas surgery had significant complications.This results suggests that endoscopic sinus surgery seems to be a convenient,safe,valuable way for management of sphenoid al diseases. In improving clinical symptoms, the results obtained in the Chinese drug group were markedly more satisfactory than those in the control group. There were no significant differences in body sign relief, decline of CA125 value in the blood, etc. But in the Chinese drug group there were less side effect, high rate of conception and low rate of recurrence.CONCLUSION Adenomyosis can be treated mainly by warming the kidney and removing blood stasis, and Guilingxiaoyi Decoction is an effective prescription of the disease.
