摘 要:目的:考察加压疼痛对疼痛相关字词与情绪图片注意偏向的影响。方法:采用点探测实验(dot-probe)范式对32名健康大学生进行有或无加压疼痛条件下的疼痛相关字词与情绪图片认知实验。结果:(1)与无痛条件相比,疼痛条件下的反应479±83 ms快于无痛条件495±81 ms[F(1,1,2)=4.039,P=0.045];疼痛条件下错误率(1.86±2.72)%高于无痛条件(0.86±1.91)%[F(1,1,2)=18.262,P<0.001]。(2)字词与图片相比,对字词反应473±73 ms快于对图片反应501±90 ms[F(1,1,2)=13.513,P<0.001],且在负性刺激中更明显(P<0.05)。图片错误率(1.74±2.60)%高于字词(0.98±2.04)%[F(1,1,2)=10.724,P=0.001],尤其表现在对正性与负性刺激的错误率上(P=0.004,P=0.022)。结论:中重度加压疼痛条件下被试会对情绪图片与字词产生注意偏向,负性刺激表现更明显。与图片相比,对字词加工的速度更快,准确性更高。Objective: To investigate the effects and differences of experimental tourniquet pain on attentional bias towards pain related words and emotional pictures. Methods: With the tourniquet around the left upper limb, 32 healthy college students were asked to perform four dot-probe tasks including five kinds of pain- related words and three kinds of emotional pictures, two tasks with the tourniquet deflated and the other tasks with the tourniquet inflated to 200 mmHg pressure. The reaction time and the error rate of recognition tasks were recorded. The pain intensity and distress were also recorded. Results: (1) Compared with no pain (495± 81 ms), the reaction time was shorter in the condition of tourniquet pain (479± 83 ms), [F(1,1,2) = 4.039, P = 0.045], and the error rate was higher in the condition of tourniquet pain (1.86± 2.72)%, [F(1,1.2)= 18.262, P 〈 0.001]. (2) Compared with pictures (501 ±90 ms), the reaction time of words (4734-73 ms) was shorter [F(1,1,2)= 13.513, P 〈 0.001], particularly for negative stimuli (P 〈 0.05). In addition, the error rate of words (0.98 ±2.04)% was lower than that of pictures (1.74 ± 2.60)%, [F(1,1,2) = 10.724, P = 0.001 ], particularly for positive and negative stimuli (P = 0.004, P = 0.022). Conclusion: Compared with no pain, subjects showed significant attentional bias in the condition of moderate-severe tourniquet pains, and compared with pictures, the processing showed faster and higher veracity to pain related words.
