温阳益气方治疗慢性肾脏疾病肾阳虚证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳益气方治疗慢性肾脏疾病肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法:纳入2-3期慢性肾脏疾病肾阳虚证患者62例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组31例。在常规疗法的基础上,治疗组加用温阳益气方,对照组加用金匮肾气片治疗,周期均为8周。观察两组的临床疗效及肾阳虚证症状积分、常见症状的变化情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为72.41%,对照组为74.19%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗后,治疗组患者腰膝酸软、畏寒肢冷、性欲减退、精神委靡、夜尿频多、下肢浮肿症状明显好转(P<0.05),对照组患者腰膝酸软、畏寒肢冷、精神委靡、夜尿频多、下肢浮肿、动则气喘症状亦明显好转(P<0.05);且金匮肾气片对夜尿频多、下肢浮肿症状的改善作用优于温阳益气方(P<0.05),温阳益气方对性欲低下症状的改善作用优于金匮肾气片(P<0.05)。结论:温阳益气方与金匮肾气片治疗慢性肾脏疾病肾阳虚证均具有较好的疗效,但两方对肾阳虚证不同症状的改善各具优势。Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of “ Wenyang Yiqi Recipe” for kidney-yang deficiency syndrome of chronic kidney disease （ CKD）. Methods： Sixty-two patients with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome of CKD at 2-3 stages were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 31 cases in each group. The patients in treatment group were treated by “ Wenyang Yiqi Recipe” and the patients in control group were treated by “ Jingui Shenqi Tablet” on the basis of conventional therapy, with the course of eight weeks. The clinical effects and the symptom scores of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome were observed. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 72. 41% and 74. 19% respectively,with no statistical difference between two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment,the symptoms such as aching and weakness of waist and knees, aversion to cold and cold limbs, decline in libido,dispiritedness, nocturnal polyuria,and edema of lower limbs of patients in treatment group were improved obviously （P 〈0. 05 ） ; the symptoms such as aching and weakness of waist and knees,aversion to cold and cold limbs,dispiritedness,nocturnal polyuria,edema of lower limbs,and panting on exertion of patients in control group were improved markedly （P 〈0. 05）. The improvement of nocturnal polyuria and edema of lower limbs in control group was better than that in treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）,and the improvement of decline in libido in treatment group was better than that in control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： “Wenyang Yiqi Recipe” and “Jingui Shenqi Tablet” both have good effects on kidney-yang deficiency syndrome of CKD, while they have different effects on the symptoms of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.
