摘  要:目的:采用基因芯片数据分析中药复方五子衍宗丸对无精子小鼠睾丸内生精细胞的免疫促进作用。方法:按白消安诱导方法制备无精子症小鼠动物模型;中药灌胃无精子症小鼠,连续给予五子衍宗丸2个生精周期(78d)。提取该组及对照组小鼠睾丸RNA,经过小鼠全基因组表达芯片杂交,分析五子衍宗丸对生精细胞的免疫功能的影响。结果:五子衍宗丸组小鼠与正常对照组小鼠比较,在检测的31722个基因中,基因表达具有2倍以上明显差异的上调基因355个(占1.12%),下调基因487个(占1.54%);五子衍宗丸组小鼠TNF-α、IL-3、MKK4/7、MKK3/6、Grb2和PLA2、P38等7个基因表达差异明显,而这些基因是FcepsilonRI通路中的组成部分。结论:中药五子衍宗丸具有增强免疫力的作用,其补肾益精的功效可能与免疫增强作用有关。Objective: To analyze the immunological enhancement of “Wuzi Yanzong Pill” on germ cells in mouse testis by gene chip data. Methods: The azoospermatism models were induced by Busulfan and established; the models were intragastrically administrated by “Wuzi Yanzong Pill” for 2 spermatogenic cycle (78 days). The RNA of testis was extracted to analyze the effect of “Wuzi Yanzong Pill” on immunity of spermatogenic cells. Results: Compared the two groups, among 31722 genes, the expression of 355 genes were unregulated and 487 genes were down regulated. There were significant difference in gene expressions in mouse treated with “Wuzi Yanzong Pill”,and the 7 genes were constituent part of Fe epsilon RI pathway. Conclusion: “Wuzi Yanzong Pill” can enhance the immunity, nourish the kidney, which may be associated with the immunological enhancement.
