摘 要:目的探讨高频超声在腕管综合征诊断中的价值。方法选择30例腕管综合征患者,30例健康对照者,采用高频超声检测其钩骨钩水平腕横韧厚度和正中神经在豌豆骨的截面积。结果 CTS组正中神经在豌豆骨的截面积明显大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。以正中神经在豌豆骨水平的截面积0.09cm2为阈值,其诊断准确性为86%,诊断敏感度为89%。结论高频超声在腕管综合征的诊断中具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods 30 cases of Carpal tunnel syndrome patients, 30 healthy controls, used high-fre- quency ultrasound to detect the hamate hook level the transverse carpal tough thickness and the median nerve in the cross-sectional area of the pisiform. Results CTS the median nerve in the cross-sectional area of the pisi- form significantly greater than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The median nerve in the the pisiform level of cross-sectional area of 0. 09 cm2 a threshold, the diagnostic accuracy of 86%, the diagnostic sensitivity of 89%. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of carpal tun- nel syndrome has important clinical implications.
