中药局部熏洗仪治疗配合和解少阳法外洗中药治疗氟性膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药局部熏洗仪治疗配合和解少阳法外洗中药治疗氟性膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将83例氟性膝骨性关节炎患者。将其采用随机数字表法分为治疗组28例、对照组25例和空白对照组30例。采用不同治疗方式进行治疗比较。结果采用中药局部熏洗仪治疗配合和解少阳法外洗中药治疗,明显高于其它治疗方法。结论骨苓通痹胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,患者依从性好,且费用相对低廉,广大患者大多能承受,可广泛推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation appa- ratus in the treatment of local washing with traditional Chinese medicine by reconciling Shaoyang fluoride treat- ment of osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods 83 cases with knee osteoarthritis. The use of randomly divided in- to a treatment group of 28 cases, 25 cases in the control group and blank control group with 30 cases. Using dif- ferent treatment methods for comparison. Results the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy com- bined with local method of reconciling Shaoyang and washing treatment using, significantly higher than other treatments. Conclusion WOMAC bone Ling significantly through the effect of Bi capsule in treating knee oste- oarthritis, patient compliance is good, and the cost is relatively low, the majority of patients are able to bear, and can be widely popularized and applied.
