摘  要:明挖空顶法以施工便梁临时架空铁路线路为基础,采用明挖法开挖铁路路基,然后顶进预制框架结构下穿既有线。在特定条件下,与其他施工工艺相比,具有施工工期短、安全性好、造价低等特点,属于比较新的施工工艺。结合昆明轨道交通6号线一期工程区间隧道采用明挖空顶法成功下穿沪昆铁路的工程实例,对明挖空顶法的方案确定、施工图设计、施工组织等作详细叙述,为国内同类施工条件下的工程施工提供借鉴。Open-cut and jacking is a relatively new method for jacking precast frame structures under-passing existing railways without interrupting railway operation, which involves adopting auxiliary girders to bridge over the railway and open-cut method to open the subgrade of railway. Compared with other construction methods, under given conditions, the open-cut and jacking method has obvious advantages such as short construction period, high safety level and low construction costs. This paper details Kunming subway Line 6 traversing under Shanghai-Kunming railway by using the open-cut and jacking method, from plan determination to construction design and organization. The practice is helpful to other underground projects under similar construction conditions.
