摘 要:目的了解血清各种脂肪细胞因子水平与2型糖尿病的关系。方法通过检索Pubmed数据库、中国期刊网全文数据库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)等搜集文献,应用Meta分析的方法对纳入文献的结果进行统计量合并,计算标准化均数差(standard mean difference,SMD)或加权均数差(weighted mean difference,WMD)及其95%可信区间(confidence interval,CI)。结果共纳入73篇文献,研究了脂联素、抵抗素、瘦素、内脂素和肿瘤坏死因子α与2型糖尿病的关系。5种脂肪细胞因子与2型糖尿病均相关,其SMD/WMD(95%CI)分别为-1.65(-1.85~-1.45)、1.42(1.31~1.54)、0.21(0.14~0.27)、2.36(2.24~2.48)和1.70(1.55~1.85)。结论脂联素、抵抗素、瘦素、内脂素和肿瘤坏死因子α均与2型糖尿病具有明显关联性。Objective To understand the association between serum adipocytokines and type 2 diabetes. Methods The references were retrieved through the database of Pubmed, Medline, CBM and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) , the standard mean difference (SMD) or weighted mean difference, WMD) and 95% CI were calculated using Meta-analysis. Results Seventy-three studies were included in which the relationship was assessed between five adipoeytokines and type 2 diabetes such as adiponectin, resistin, leptin, visfatin and tumor necrosis factor-or (TNF-α). The results of meta-analysis showed that all of the five adipocytokines had a relationship with type 2 diabetes. The SMD/WMD and 95%Clwere -1.65 ( -1.85- -1.45),1.42 (1.31 -1.54),0.21 (0.14-0.27),2.36 (2.24- 2.48 ) and 1. 70 ( 1.55 - 1. 85 ) , respectively. Conclusion There is a correlation between serum adipocytokines and type 2 diabetes.
