煤矿井下工人肛周尖锐湿疣危险因素病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨煤矿井下工人单纯肛周尖锐湿疣发病的危险因素,分析其发病原因,为肛周尖锐湿疣的防治提供科学依据。方法采用1∶1配对病例对照研究方法,研究对象为2009年5月—2012年12月收治的83例煤矿井下工人肛周尖锐湿疣病例及83例煤矿井下工人无此病者(对照组),使用统一设计的调查表进行调查。结果性病知识、池浴习惯、累计性伴数、合并肛周疾病为煤矿井下工人肛周尖锐湿疣的危险因素,其OR值依次是1.747、1.745、1.644、1.487。结论煤矿井下工人肛周尖锐湿疣的发生与性病知识、池浴习惯、累计性伴数、合并肛周疾病等因素密切相关。针对其感染危险因素积极开展预防工作,做好卫生宣教和健康检查,通过有效措施减少人类乳头瘤病毒的传播。Objective To discuss the risk factors of perianal condyloma acuminate in coal miners, to provide scientific basis for prevention of perianal eondyloma acuminate and analyze the causes. Methods The case-control study was performed in 83 coal miner patients with perianal condyloma acuminate, and 83 coalminers without the disease in body-check from May 2009 to December 2012 were analyzed, with 1 ： 1 matched method and Logistic model. Results The main causes of perianal condyloma acuminate were the knowledge for venereal diseases, the habits of pool bath, the cumulative number of sexual partners, complicated perianal diseases. The OR value was 1.747, 1. 745, 1. 644, 1. 487, respectively. Conclusion The knowledge for venereal diseases, the habits of pool bath, the cumulative number of sexual partners, complicated perianal diseases to perianal condyloma acuminate were closely related. More attention should be paid to health education and sanitary inspection so as to control the spread of the human papillomavirus.
