摘　　要：将工矿医院从企业中剥离出来进入社会 ,是建立现代企业制度的重要环节之一。处理好剥离中诸方面的利益关系 ,是企业丢掉包袱、轻装上阵的关键 ,文章从德阳市企业医院的实际出发 ,提出了剥离的初步意见和建议。One of the key elements to establish a modern economic system is transferring the responsibility of running hospitals from the enterprises to that of an independent health sector. It is a key to solve well multilateral beneficial relationship and relieves the enterprises from some of the costs of providing social support to employees. This paper puts forward basic advice on the transferal process based on the situation of hospitals in Deyang city. Authors′address: Deyang Health Bureau, Deyang City, Sichuan Province, P.R.China.
