摘　　要：通过研究钢中酸溶铝和氧的定量关系，用直读光谱仪测定钢水中酸溶铝含量，间接得知了钢中氧含量，使精炼炉及时准确判断钢水的脱氧情况，有效控制钢中氧的含量，减少钢中夹杂，提高钢的质量。By studying the quantitative relationship of acid soluble and oxygen in steel, with direct reading spectrometer of acid soluble aluminum content in the molten steel, indirect that the oxygen content in steel, detected in timely and accurate make refining furnace deoxidization conditions, effective control of oxygen content in steel, reduce the inclusion in steel, improve the quality of steel.
