摘　　要：风湿性肺间质病变证属本虚标实,以肺脾肾亏虚为本,痰浊瘀血为标,二者相互影响,互为因果。本病病位早期在肺,但已有脾肾不足,主要为气虚;中期更伤脾肾,气阴耗伤;晚期重伤肾之阴阳,并累及于心,通过分期辨证,有利于更好的把握疾病各期的病机特点,同时也提示在用药选择上当有的放矢。The syndrome of rheumatic interstitial lung disease pertains to the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,i.e.the deficiency of the lung,spleen and kidney being the origin,while the excess of the phlegm,turbid and blood stasis being the superficiality.Both the origin and the superficiality have the interaction and reciprocal causation.The disease is located in the lung in the early stage,with the existing deficiency of the spleen and kidney and mainly for qi deficiency.In the middle stage,the spleen and kidney are more hurt,qi and yin exhausted.In the advanced stage,the kidney-yin and kidney-yang are injured,and the heart involved.The stage differentiation may help to better grasp the characteristics of the pathogenesis of different periods of the disease,but also be beneficial to have a definite object in drug selection.
