摘　　要：国家的发展一定要体现人民群众的利益，这是顺应人民群众的迫切愿望和基本要求．继十七大后，十八大又着重强调了这一执政理念：要充分的保障人民的民主权利，“知情权”、“表达权”、“监督权”、“参与权”成为政治话语体系中的最大亮点。本文在分析现阶段公民利益诉求表达的问题的基础上，提出合理诉求表达的实现途径。尤其提到关于弱势群体利益表达的机制。以及新闻媒体对于公民利益表达发挥的特殊作用。这些对于加强我国目前民主政治建设，提高政治活动的水平和效能，具有--1-分重-,Jr-的意义。It is in line with the basic pursuit of people for the national development to reflect the interest of people. After the 17th NPC, the 18th NPC again stressed this governing concept that the democrat right should be protected. The right to know, to express, to monitor and participate have become the highlights now. This paper will put forward some ways to express people＇s pursuit based on the analysis of problem in people＇s pursuit. The expression mechanism for the venerable people and the media will also be discussed. All will be helpful for our nation to strengthen the democrat construction and political efficiency.
