脐带绕颈对围生儿及产妇的影响(附1052例分析)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨脐带绕颈对围生儿和产妇的不良影响。方法 :收集 10 5 2例脐带绕颈者的分娩史、出生史、产科诊断及其他有关资料 ,并以 5 0 0例同期住院分娩无脐带绕颈者作对照 ,分析脐带绕颈对产程、分娩方式和围生儿预后的影响。结果 :脐带绕颈组的第一产程与第二产程平均时间、剖宫产与阴道助产比例、脐带绕颈二周以上者胎儿窘迫与新生儿窒息发生率均显著高于对照组 (均 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :脐带绕颈可导致第一产程和第二产程延长 ,剖宫产和阴道助产比例增大 ,胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息发生率增高。Objective:To study the side- effect of umbilical cord entanglement on fetal neck Methods:The histories of delivery and birth on 1 052 cases of umbilical cord entanglement on fetal neck were collected 500 of delivery at the same time without umbilical cord entanglement as normal control group Results:In the case group,the length of first stage labor and second stage labor,the ratio of cesarean of section and viginal delivery,the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia were higher significantly than normal control group (P values were all less than 0 01) Conclusion:Umbilical cord entanglement on fetal neck could delay the length of first stage labor and second stage labor,increase the ratio of cesarean section and viginal delivery and raise the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia
