青海省农牧区基层党组织建设路径探析——以黄南藏族自治州为例

摘　　要：农牧区基层党组织既是农牧区工作的领导核心,也是党与群众、政策与实践之间最重要的"链接点"。青海省黄南州特殊的经济环境及文化社会环境使得加强农牧区基层党组织建设尤为必要。本文分析了黄南州农牧区基层党建存在的问题,提出了相关的对策与建议。Agricultural and pastoral areas of grass-roots party organizations are the leadership core of agricultural and pastoral areas and the most important in the party and the masses,between policy and practice ＂link points＂.Huangnan special economic environment and the cultural and social environment makes it particularly necessary to strengthen the construction of agricultural and pastoral areas of grass-roots party organizations.In this passage,starting from the status quo of agricultural and pastoral areas of huangnan,analysis building of democratic institutions and the village party branch secretary of the importance of team building and relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
