摘  要:为了研究膨胀型阻燃体系各组分配比对防火涂料阻燃性能的影响,以聚磷酸铵(APP)-季戊四醇(PER)-三聚氰胺(MEL)为阻燃体系,水性丙烯酸乳液为黏结剂,TiO2为填料,并添加适量的水配制了水性膨胀型防火涂料(AIFRC)。采用小室燃烧法及模拟大板燃烧法研究涂料的防火阻燃性能,并利用热重分析(TGA)、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究APP-PER-MEL体系中各组分不同质量比对涂料热分解过程及分解后残炭结构的影响,试验结果表明:当APP,PER及MEL的质量比为7∶1∶2时,所配制的涂料具有最佳的防火阻燃性能;阻燃体系中各组分的质量比对涂料受热时的炭化速率及残炭结构有较大影响,从而影响涂料的防火阻燃性能。In order to study the effects of mass ratios of components of intumescent fire-retardancy system on fire-proof property of the coatings, aqueous intumescent fire retardant coatings (AIFRC) were prepared using APP-PER-MEL as the flame-retardant system, aqueous polyacrylic emulsion as the binder, titanium dioxide as the filler and appropriate water as solvent. The fire-proof properties of the coatings were studied by the small chamber method and the simulated slab method; and the effects of different mass ratios of each component of APP-PER-MEL on the thermal decomposition of coatings and the structure of residue chars were studied in detail by thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectrosco- py (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electric microscope (SEM). The results show that when the m( APP) -m( PER) -m( MEL) ratio was 7: 1: 2, the prepared coating has the best fire protec- tion property, and that APP-PER-MEL mass ratios have a great effect on the char formation rate, the struc-
