马鞍山市2008～2012年医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对马鞍山市各级医疗卫生机构消毒效果进行监测,了解医疗卫生机构消毒质量现状,分析消毒工作中存在的问题,为进一步做好消毒管理工作提供参考依据。方法调查市县级与乡镇级医疗卫生机构36家,抽查医疗机构的物体表面、医护人员手、无菌物品、使用中的消毒液、空气、医疗专科器械、血透液等样品,共1001份。按照相关标准进行采样、检测与效果评价。结果 2008～2012年共监测医疗机构消毒样品1001份,合格893份,评价消毒合格率89.21%。五年的消毒合格率74.19%～97.60%,各年份差异有统计学意义(χ2=95.76,P<0.01)。室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、专科器械、使用中消毒剂、无菌物品、血透液合格率分别为96.67%、87.30%、79.38%、71.79%、85.71%、99.26%、93.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=59.185,P<0.01);不同级别的医疗卫生机构消毒质量存在差异(χ2=21.04,P<0.01),市县级医院为83.29%,厂矿医院为95.06%,私营医院及社区医院口腔门诊为91.14%,血站为82.14%。结论马鞍山医疗卫生机构消毒质量较好,专科器械消毒效果较差,消毒管理工作有待进一步加强。Objective To monitor the disinfection effect of medical and health institutions at different levels in Maans- han city,identify the existing problems in disinfection, and provide a theoretical basis for disinfection management. Methods A total of 36 medical and health institutions were collected and surfaces, hands of medical works, sterile stuff, disinfectants in use, indoor air, special equipment, dialysis fluid were examined. Sampling and detection was carried out according to relative health standard of hospital disinfection and sterilization items. Results A total of 1001 samples were monitored and 893 were qualified, the average qualified rate was 89. 21% . Qualified rate of disinfection for five consecutive years ranged from 74. 19% to 97. 60%,and the difference was statistically significant （x^2 = 95. 76, P 〈0. 01）. The qualified rate of indoor air, hands of medical workers, surfaces, specialist equipment, disinfectants in use, sterile stuff and dialysis fluid were 96. 67% , 87. 30% , 79. 38% , 71. 79% , 85. 71% , 99. 26% and 93. 18% . There was a significant difference on disinfection quality of medical and health institutions at different levels （x^2 =21. 04, P 〈0. 01） , the qualified rate of city and county hospitals, factories hospitals, private hospitals and blood bank were 83.29% , 95.06% , 91. 14% , 82. 14% . Conclusion Medical institutions disinfection quality in Maanshan city was better, but the disinfection effect of special equipment seemed to be worse. Disinfection management should be strengthened.
