摘 要:目的了解阜阳市饮水型地方性氟中毒病情现状,掌握降氟改水工程使用情况,为进一步开展氟中毒防治工作提供依据。方法按照"2012年中央补助安徽省公共卫生专项资金地方病防治项目实施方案"和"安徽省饮水型地方性氟中毒监测方案(2012年修订)"要求开展饮水型地方性氟中毒各项监测工作。结果高氟区改水村8~12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率为14.83%,氟斑牙指数为0.29;未改水村8~12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率为23.23%,氟斑牙指数为0.39;降氟改水工程均正常运转且水氟含量符合国家标准。结论地方性氟中毒病区改水工程水氟含量合格;未改水病区监测结果与既往调查基本一致。Objective To understand the situation of drinking - water type endemic fluorosis and water - improving pro-jects in Fuyang city, and provide the evidence for the further work of fluoride poisoning prevention and control. Methods According to the requirements of “Implementation plan of 2012 central government subsidy of public health in Anhui Prov-ince for endemic disease control project”and “Monitoring program for drinking - water type endemic fluorosis in Anhui province (2012 Revision)”,to carry out monitoring work of drinking - water type endemic fluorosis. Results In water - improving area, the detection rate of dental fluorosis among children aged 8-12 was 14. 83% , dental fluorosis index was 0, 29. However, in the area without water - improving projects, the detection rate of dental fluorosis was 23. 23% t dental flu-orosis index was 0. 39. The water - improving projects were normal operated and water fluoride content was in line with na-tional standards. Conclusion Water fluoride contents were qualified in the water - improving areas. In the areas without water - improving projects, monitoring results were basically consistent with the previous surveys.
