摘　　要：目的:研究替硝唑涂膜剂的制备和临床应用。方法:选用卡波姆为成膜材料,按药剂学原理制备替硝唑涂膜剂,建立质量控制方法,并进行临床疗效观察。结果:制备工艺简便,质量控制方法可行,临床疗效可靠。结论:符合涂膜剂质量标准和要求,可供临床应用。Objective: To study the preparation and efinieal applieation of tinidazole paint, Method: Carbomer was used as material for paim Tinidazole paint is prepared according to pharnaceal principle At the same time. the quality control method has been established and the elinieal effect has been observed. Result: The technigue of preparation was simple, and clinical effect was reliable, The quality eontrol metbod was feasible. Conclusion: The preparation is correspondent with the quality standard of paint. It can be used for clinic.
