山东省“实现五率阶段性目标,提高DOTS质量”项目(2007～2010年)实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析2007-2010年山东省45个项目县实施“实现五率阶段性目标，提高DOTS质量”的结核病控制项目实施效果，为全省结防工作提供借鉴。方法调查项目县区医疗机构、结防机构肺结核病人的报告、转诊、追踪、病人系统管理、密切接触者筛查等内容，对项目实施前后效果进行对比分析。结果项目实施后，45个项目县区医疗机构结核病报告率达到98．84％，转诊率达到95．84％，追踪到位率92．93％，密切接触者筛查率达到95．58％，系统管理率达到96．81％；分别提高了6．22％，16．97％，17．97％，6．29％，6．77％。转诊率、追踪到位率、密切接触者筛查率、系统管理率的变化在项目实施前后有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论“实现五率阶段性目标，提高DOTS质量”项目的实施，促进了医防合作，提高了结核病防治工作质量。Objective To analyze the implementation effects of To achieve the five-rate phased target and improve DOTS implement quality TB control project, so as to share experiences. Methods The intervention measures were collected in reporting, referring, tracking, close contacts investigation and systematic follow up of the TB patients in project counties. Data collected before and after implementation were analyzed and compared. Results After proiect,the rate of case reporting,referring, tracking in place, close contact investigation and systematic follow up was 98.84%,95.84%, 92.93%,95.58%, and 96.81%, increased by 6.22%, 16.97% , 17.97%, 6. 29%, and 6. 77% respectively. Differences were significant in the rate of referring, tracking in place, close contact investigation and systematic follow up before and after implementation（ P d0.01）. Conclusion This project provides effective measures for promoting the PPM and im- proving the quality of TB control.
