摘　　要：目的了解2011年山东建筑大学大学生不良生活习惯及常见病患病情况，探讨不良生活习惯对大学生健康的影响，以便采取措施，增进健康。方法2011年9～10月对山东建筑大学1368名大学生进行问卷调查。结果调查1368人，有不良饮食习惯的占40．06％，有不良学习习惯的占29．97％，有不良作息习惯的占69．96％，缺乏锻炼的占70．91％；近视患病率为77．05％；颈椎病患病率为6．73％；消化不良患病率为18．86％；神经衰弱患病率为17．47％；容易感冒患病率为13．96％。不同饮食习惯者消化不良、易感冒的患病率不同（P〈0．01）；不同学习习惯者近视、颈椎病的患病率不同（P〈O．01）；不同作息习惯者消化不良、神经衰弱、易感冒的患病率不同（P〈0．01）；不同锻炼习惯者神经衰弱、易感冒的患病率不同（P〈O．01）。结论2011年山东建筑大学大学生不良生活习惯及常见病患病情况较高。Objective To know the situation on unhealthy habits and the prevalence o{ common diseases among students in Shandong Jianzhu University, 2011, probe unhealthy habits＂ influences so that something can be done to keep students＂ health. Methods Questionnaires were handed out to 1 368 students of Shandong Jianzhu University from Sep- tember to October in 2011. Results In a survey of 1 368 people,40.06% of the students had some bad eating habits, 29.97% had some bad study habits,69.96% had some bad rest habits,70.91% were lack of exercises;77.05% had myo- pia; 6.73 v had cervical spondylosis; 18.86 % had suffered from indigestion; 17.47% had suffered from the neurasthenia and 13.96% students were easy to have a bad cold. The prevalence of indigestion and cold was different among students with different eating habits（ P〈0.01） ;The prevalence of the myopia, cervical spondylosis was different among students with different study habits （ P 〈0.01） ;The prevalence of indigestion, neurasthenia and cold was different among students with different rest habits（ P 〈0.01） ;The prevalence of neurasthenia and cold was different among students with different exercise habits（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The prevalence of common diseases is high among students with some bad life habits in Shandong Jianzhu University in 2011.
