摘 要:目的:建立应用高效液相色谱法测定顺铂在水与氯化钠溶液中的降解产物,考察顺铂溶液的稳定性 方法:用氨基柱,以0.5%氯化钠溶液为流动相,检测波长为210nm。结果:顺铂在0.50~15mg·ml^1范围内线性关系良好(r-0.9997),其峰面积的相对标准偏差为0.8%(n=6)。结论:本方法可定量测定顺铂溶液的降解产物,光能加速顺铂在氯化钠溶液中的降解反应。Objective: To determine stability of cisplatin in water or sodium chloride solution, a HPLC method was estab- lished for the determination of degradation products of cisplatin in both solutions. Methods: The chrornatographic conditions were NH2 column; 0.5 % sodium chloride solution was used as mobile phase; detection wavelength was at 210nm. Results: The standard curve was linear in the concentration range from 0. 50 to 1.5 mg·ml-1 ( r-0. 999 7). The RSD of cisplatin peak area was 0.75 %(n =6). Conclusion: The degradation products in cisplatin solations were quantitatively determined by HPLC method. The light could accelerate degradation reaction of cisplatin in sodium chloride solution.
