某高校学生血压情况及相关因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生血压异常的情况及相关影响因素。方法对某高校2012届1 649名学生进行血压普查及相关因素调查分析。结果血压普查检出高血压59例,检出率为3.58%;男生占5.32%,女生占1.04%。检出低血压17例,占参检学生总数的1.03%,全部为女生。男、女生高血压和低血压的检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论高血压在大学生中的患病率较高。男、女生血压异常情况各不相同,解决方案也需个性化。Objective To have knowledge about the abnormal conditions of blood pressure and correlative influencing factors in university students.Method A general survey on blood pressure was conducted for 1 649 students（2012session）in a certain university and correlative factors were investigated and analyzed.Results In the general survey,there were 59cases with hypertension,the detection rate was 3.58%;the male accounted for 5.32%and the female accounted for 1.04%.There were 17cases who had hypotension,accounted for 1.03% of the total students surveyed,and all were female students.Differences in detection rate of hypertension and hypotension between male and female students were statistically significant（p0.01）.Conclusion Prevalence rate of hypertension among university students is relatively high.Abnormal conditions of blood pressure in male and female students are different,so solutions shall be made in accordance with individual conditions.
