大学生痤疮的临床特征与影响因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生痤疮患者的主要临床特征及相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2 100例大学生痤疮患者的临床资料。结果大学生痤疮患者随年龄增长,呈现不断增多趋势;痤疮类型中丘疹型和结节型分别占42.1%和25.0%。在大学生痤疮的影响因素中,抑郁、焦虑所占比例最高,为56.6%,其余依次为睡眠不良、喜甜食、喜辛辣饮食,分别占45.0%,28.6%和21.8%。结论在校大学生中痤疮患者较为多见,临床表现多为丘疹型和结节型。抑郁、焦虑及睡眠不良、喜甜食、喜辛辣食物是痤疮发生的主要影响因素。Objective To have knowledge about the major clinical features and relevant influencing factors of acne in university students.Method Clinical data of 2 100university students suffering from acne were analyzed retrospectively.Results University students suffering from acne displayed a trend of gradual increase with their age;papule acne and nodular acne accounted for 42.1%and 25.0%respectively.As for influencing factors of acne in university students,depression and anxiety ranked the highest with a percentage of 56.6%,which was followed by poor sleep,sweet food,spicy food with a respective percentage of 45.0%,28.6%and 21.8%.Conclusion Acne is common in university students,and the clinical appearance is papule acne and nodular acne.Depression,anxiety,poor sleep,sweet food,spicy food are major influencing factors of acne.
