健康教育在慢性病综合干预中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在高校功能社区慢性病综合干预中的效果,为开展慢性病综合防治与管理提供依据。方法结合安徽省慢性病康复科研课题,对某高校教职工和离退休人员中慢性病患者开展系列健康教育,包括健康指导、健康知识讲座和利用网络进行健康知识宣传,定期随访管理,并对干预前后的效果进行比较。结果高血压诊断标准的知晓率由干预前的18.1%提升至68.2%,高血压规范化治疗的知晓率由干预前22.3%提升到69.1%,高血压并发症的知晓率由10.2%提升到65.3%,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.01)。干预后相关危险因素包括吸烟、饮酒、食盐摄入等明显减少,而运动锻炼、合理膳食等明显增加(p<0.01)。结论对高校社区慢性病患者实施健康教育可提高高血压相关知识的知晓率,改变不良行为,值得推广应用。Objective To probe into the effect of health education on comprehensive intervention for chronic diseases in functional community of university so as to provide a basis for the integrated prevention,control and management of chronic diseases.Method In combination with the scientific research topic in rehabilitation of chronic diseases in anhui province,a series of health education on chronic diseases,health guidance,health knowledge lecture and health knowledge propaganda through network included,were carried out for the patient among teaching and administrative staff and the retired of a certain university.Regular follow-up was made and effects before and after intervention were compared.Results Awareness rate in diagnostic standard of hypertension was improved from 18.1%（before intervention）to 68.2%,and that in standardized treatment of hypertension was improved from 22.3%（before intervention）to 69.1%,in complications of hypertension was improved from 10.2%to 65.3%,and the differences were statistically significant（p0.01）.Such risk factors as smoking,drinking and salt intake were significantly decreased while exercise and rational diet were significantly increased（p0.01）.Conclusion Conducting health education on patients with chronic diseases in community of university can raise the auareness rate of hypertension-related knowledge and change bad behavior,which is worth promoting.
