摘 要:目的研究项目带教法在手术室临床护理教学中的效果,为探寻适合手术室临床护理实习带教方法提供理论依据。方法选取手术室实习护生95人,随机分为2组。对照组48人,采用传统模式带教方法;实验组47人,采用项目带教法,比较2组护生的考试成绩及考核等级。结果护生理论考试、技能操作成绩实验组分别为(94.5±3.2)和(97.1±2.1),对照组分别为(88.1±1.5)和(90.2±3.3),2组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。护生的综合素质考核评为优秀等级实验组为89.4%,对照组为75.0%,实验组高于对照组。结论手术室临床带教中采用项目教学法可有效提高教学质量。Objective To investigate the effect of project teaching method in teaching of clinical nursing in operating room and to provide a theoretical basis for exploring suitable teaching method for intern of clinical nursing in the operating room.Method 95student nurses in the operating room were selected and divided into two groups randomly.48nurses in control group were given traditional teaching method;47nurses in experimental group were given project teaching method.Examination result and grade in assessment of nurses between the two groups were compared.Results Results of theory test and operation skills for nurses in the experimental group were(94.5±3.2)and(97.1±2.1)respectively,which in the control group were(88.1±1.5)and(90.2±3.3)respectively,and differences between the two groups were statistically significant(p0.05).Nurses whose grade in the assessment of comprehensive quality was excellent in the experimental group were 89.4% while those in the control group were 75.0%,which in the experimental group was higher than the control group.Conclusion Adopting project teaching method in clinical teaching in operating room can improve teaching qualities effectively.
