腹腔镜胃旁路术治疗2型糖尿病的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜胃旁路手术治疗2型糖尿病的护理经验。方法回顾性分析5例2型糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胃旁路术治疗的护理情况资料。主要护理措施包括做好术前心理护理,进行积极的围手术期准备,重视术后生命体征和腹部体征的观察、饮食指导和预防并发症,做好出院指导等。结果患者均手术顺利,术后第3天停用一切降糖药物,各项糖尿病检查指标均正常,术后无手术并发症发生。术后随防3个月,平均体重指数(BMI)减少6kg/m2,未出现营养不良和新的糖尿病并发症。结论做好围手术期护理,对促进2型糖尿病腹腔镜胃旁路术治疗患者的恢复有积极作用。Objective To sum up the nursing experience of laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery in the treatment of type 2diabetes.Method Nursing data of 5cases of patients with type 2diabetes undergoing laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery was analyzed retrospectively.Major nursing measures included providing well presurgical psychological nursing,making active perisurgical preparations,paying attention to postsurgical vital signs,observing abdominal signs,providing dietary guidance,preventing complications and providing discharge instruction.Results The patients had successful surgeries and all the antidiabetic drugs were stopped on the third day after surgery.Every index in the examination for diabetes was normal and there was no surgical complications after surgery.After a three-month follow-up after surgery,the average body mass index（BMI）reduced 6kg/m2,and there was no malnutrition and new diabetic complications.Conclusion Providing well perisurgical nursing plays a positive role in the recovery of patients with type 2diabetes undergoing laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery.
