摘　　要：目的 :探寻治疗乳头内陷的较佳手术方法。　方法 :乳腺组织瓣转移法矫正乳头内陷 13例 (2 5只乳头 )。　结果 :手术后乳头形态满意 ,随访 3个月～ 18个月 ,效果良好 ,无复发 ,无瘢痕遗留 ,感觉佳。　结论 :该手术方法操作简单 ,安全可靠 。Objective:The authors investigated a good method for inverted nipple Methods:13 patients with congenital inverted nipple were treated by the technique Use a direct approach through the trans nipple areola incision Results:Post operation,the cases follow up 3～18 months The appearance of the nipples were satisfactory and there were not complications relate to surgery,but no scar and no recurrence Conclusion:This method is safe,simple,effective and satisfactory
