复合皮肤扩张法在整形外科的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨将缓慢皮肤扩张法与即时皮肤扩张法结合应用的方法。　方法 :在不同部位行皮肤软组织修复。首次注液量为扩张器容量的 5 0 % ,余量于术后 5天～ 7天行第二次注入。　结果 :38例手术成功 ,经 1年～ 6年的随访 ,外观满意。　结论 :本方法具有扩张迅速 。Objective:study on the compount Methods: of skin dilation for skin repairing in plastic surgery Methods:The volume of injected liquid was usually about 50% volume of its dilator,the another 50% was inqected abat 5 days～7 days after operation Results:All the skin flaps were success in 38 cases Conclusion:The results showed that this method was good for shorten time for dilating flaps and hospitalization
