熊脱氧胆酸的毛细管气相色谱法测定

摘　　要：:改进了熊脱氧胆酸 (1)的羧基甲酯化和羟基乙酰化的衍生化条件。 CGC采用 OV- 1柱 ,氢气作载气 ,2 6 0°C(保持 5 m in)～ 2 80°C程序升温 ,升温速率为 4°C/m in,FID检测。 1在 6 .0～ 14.0μg线性良好 ,r=0 .9977;1在熊胆粉和栓剂中的平均回收率分别为 98.1% (RSD=2 .3% )和 10 0 .3% (RSD =2 .6 % )Conditions of derivation of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) were improved, firstly the carboxy of UCDA was esterified by 1.3 mol/L HCl CH 3OH, after dried by flow of N 2, the hydroxy was acetylated by acetyl chloride. CGC was performed on an OV 1 column with temperature programming from 260 °C (hold 5 min) to 280 °C by 4 °C /min and FID. The linear range was 6.0~14.0 μg with r = 0.9977. The average recovery of UDCA in the hemorrhoid suppository was 100.3% ( RSD =2.6%), in ursine bile powder was 98.1%( RSD =2.3%).
