摘 要:目的 :研究肾功能衰竭时细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 :应用免疫细胞学技术系统检测肾功能衰竭组和对照组大鼠的多项免疫学指标。结果 :两组比较 ,肾功能衰竭组大鼠外周血中性粒细胞 (PMN)的吞噬率、胸腺指数以及 T淋巴细胞百分比均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,移行抑制指数 (MI)则明显增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM)吞噬率与支气管肺泡灌洗液(BAL F)中 T淋巴细胞百分比均显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :肾功能衰竭时呼吸道局部及全身非特异性、特异性细胞免疫功能均明显受抑。Objective:To study changes of cellular immunity in rats with renal failure Method:Cellular immunity of rats with renal failure was cletermined by immuocytes technique Results:Results were as follow:①the effects of renal failure on systemic cellular immunity:the Peripheral of blood Mononuclear Neutrophil (PMN) phagocytic rate,and the index of thymus and the percentage of peripheral of blood T cells were significantly lower than that of control group,the index of Migration Inhibitory Test (MI) was significantly increased (P<0 05);②the effects of renal failure on respiratory tract cellular immunity:the Alveolar Macrophages (AM) phagocytic rate and the percentage of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) T cells were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0 05) Conclusion:The results showed that the functions of cellular immunity of systemic and respiratory tract were inhibited in renal failure Such immunological dysfunction may be one of important predisposition mechanism
