碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对庆大霉素肾毒性治疗作用的形态学研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)对庆大霉素 (GM)肾毒性的治疗作用。方法 :雄性 Wistar大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为实验组和对照组各 10只 ,两组均按每只 16 0 mg/ kg· d- 1肌注 GM9d;实验组于实验第 10天按 2 0 0 0 U/ kg· d- 1肌注 b FGF 9d,而对照组则注射等量生理盐水 ,让其自然恢复。所有动物均经心脏灌注固定后取肾皮质作光镜和电镜观察。结果 :实验组动物肾小管上皮细胞的恢复和再生明显优于对照组。结论Objective:To explore therapeutic effects of bFGF to nephrotoxity caused by Gentamicin(GM).Methods:20 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into test group and control group,10 animals in each group GM was injected to the animals of both groups by muscular route for 9 days at a dosage of 160 mg/kg·d 1 At 10 days,bFGF was injected muscularly to the rats of test group at a dosage of 2 000 u/kg·d 1 while saline solution to control group All rats were killed by cardiac fixations and the renal cortexes were cut for observations of light and electron microscope Results:The recovery and regeneration of renal tubule in test group was obviously better than control group Conclusion:bFGF had therapeutic effects on nephrotoxity caused by GM
