摘 要:目的:研究利用在线紫外/过硫酸盐消解一流动注射分析法测定水中总磷,用于饮用水、地表水、盐水以及生活和工业废水中总磷的测定,以实现自动化批量分析。方法:采用FSIV+型流动注射仪,水样中的有机磷通过在线紫外/过硫酸盐消解转化为正磷酸盐,正磷酸盐与钼(VI)和锑(m)在酸性介质中反应生成锑一磷钼酸盐化合物,该化合物与抗坏血酸反应生成蓝色,在880nm处进行检测。结果:方法的相关系数为0.9990(n=6),标准及样品测定的相对标准偏差均〈5%,检出限为0.005mg/L,回收率范围:88.1%~106%。结论:方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,结果令人满意。Objective: To research the determination of total phosphorus in water by on -line UV persulfate di- gestion and flow injection analysis and detect the total nitrogen in surface water, groundwater, saline water and in- dustrial wastewater in order to realize automatic batch analysis. Methods: In this study, FSIV + flow injection ana- lyzer was selected. Organi acid digestion. Antimony c phosphorus in water sample was converted to orthophosphate by on - line UV/persulfate - phosphomolybdate complex were produced by reaction of orthophosphate molybdenum ( WI ) and antimony( m ) in acid medium. This complex subsequently reacted with ascorbic acid to show blue color, and the absorbance was measured at 880 nm. Results: This method had a good linearity ( r 〉 0. 9990, n = 6) , the RSD of the standard and samples were both less than 5%. The recovery rate of samples was between 88.1% and 106%, and the method detection limit was 0. 005 mg/L. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and highly sensitive with satisfactory results.
