摘  要:目的:通过优化卤乙酸衍生化条件和改进色谱条件,建立一种快速测定饮用水中消毒副产物二氯乙酸(DCAA)、三氯乙酸(TCAA)的检验方法。方法:水样经过硫酸酸化,甲基叔丁醚萃取,甲醇酯化衍生,用带电子捕获器的气相色谱进行测定。结果:DCAA在线性范围1μg/L^100μg/L,TCAA在线性范围0.5μg/L^50μg/L线性关系良好,线性相关系数均>0.999,加标回收率在82%~117%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%。结论:该方法操作简单,快速,重现性好,适用于水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸含量的测定。Objective: To develop a rapid method for determination of dichloroacetic acid (DCAA) and trichlo- roacetic acid (TCAA) in drinking water based on improved derivatization and gas chromatographic conditions. Methods: The drinking water sample was acidized with sulfuric acid, extracted with methyl tert - butyl ether and derived with methyl ester, then detected by GC -ECD. Results: The linear range of DCAA was 1 μg/L - 100 μg/ L, while TCAA ranged from 0.5 μg/L to 50 μg/L, and the correlation coefficients were both higher than 0. 999. The extraction recoveries ranged from 82% to 117% , and the RSDs were less than 10%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reproducible for the determination of DCAA and TCAA in drinking water.
