摘 要:目的:观测小鼠哮喘激发后尾加压素(UrotensinII;U—II)水平及气道形态学参数变化,探究U—II在哮喘气道重塑中的作用。方法:哮喘组:20只健康小鼠,分为2组,用卵蛋白超声雾化激发哮喘,分别连续4周和8周;对照组:生理盐水雾化激发哮喘,观察3组气道形态学参数、血浆及肺泡灌洗液U—II水平有无统计学差异及相关性。结果:血浆及肺泡灌洗液u—II比较,哮喘8周组〉哮喘4周〉对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.01),气道形态学参数比较,哮喘8周组〉哮喘4周〉对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.05);气道形态学参数与哮喘激发时问呈正相关(R=0.96~0.97,P〈0.01);血浆U—II水平与哮喘激发时间呈正相关(R=0.97,P〈0.01),肺泡灌洗液与血清中U—II含量亦呈正相关(R=0.99,P〈0.01)。结论:U—II可能参与了哮喘的病理生理过程,并参与了哮喘气道重塑。Objective: To investigate the urotensin II (U -II) level and airway morpholohical parameters chan- ges in asthmatic rats, and explore the effect of U - II in the airway remodeling of bronchial asthma. Methods: Twenty healthy mouse were randomly divided into 4 - week and 8 - week asthmatic groups ( OVA inhalation of 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively), saline was applied to the mouse in the control group. Then airway morphological parameters and urotensin II level in plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage were measured to observe if there were signif- icant difference and correlation among the three groups. Results: Urotensin II level in plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage from high to low followed the order of 8 - week asthmatic group, 4 - week asthmatic group and control group, and there were significant difference among three groups (P 〈 0.01 ). There was a linear correlation between airway morpholohical parameters and firing time ( r = 0.96 - 0.97, P 〈 0.01 ). Meanwhile, there was a positive correlation between Urotensin II levels in plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage( r = 0.99 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Urotension - II may take part in pathophysiological process and airwav remodeling of asthma.
