摘 要:目的:检测同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平在肾病综合征(PNS)患者中的变化并探讨其在PNS诊断中的应用。方法:采用酶比色法测定117例PNS患者和123例正常对照组血清Hcy的含量,并进行统计分析。结果:血清Hcy浓度PNS患者显著高于正常对照组,而VB12水平却低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PNS患者血清Hcy浓度明显升高,而VB12水平却明显降低,高浓度的HCY是导致PNS患者发生心血管功能紊乱的危险因素。因此检测血清Hcy浓度对了解PNS患者病情具有重要意义。Objective: To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine in primary nephritic syndrome (PNS) and its application value in diagnosis of PNS. Methods: One hundred and seventeen PNS patients and 123 health individuals were chosen to measure the level of Hey using enzymatic colorimetry, then the results were analyzed with statistics. Results: The mean level of Hcy in PNS patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls ( P 〈 0.05) . But the mean level of VB12 in PNS patients was significantly lower than that in normal controls. Conclu- sion: High homocysteine level can lead to cardiovascular dysfunction in nephritic syndrome patients, so plasma Hey level detection has great value to understand the degree of PNS.
