摘 要:目的:对2009年-2012年武威市流感监测结果进行分析,为武威市的流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法:武威市人民医院采集流感样病例的咽拭子标本,以荧光定量PCR方法检测病毒核酸,并对流感病毒感染情况进行流行病学分析。结果:共采集流感样病例咽拭子1944份,检测出流感核酸阳性标本367例,检出率为18.88%,其中新甲型H1N1127份,季节性流感H390份,季节性流感H11份,流感B型95份,A未分型54份。按年度分析,2009年-2012年流感病毒检出率依次为29.87%、10.47%、8.05%和28.19%,按年龄组分析,小于1岁婴儿检出率最低为3.97%,显著低于与其它年龄组;15岁~20岁最高为33.57%。2011年-2012年用MDCK分离到43株流感病毒。结论:武威市2009年以新甲型H1N1流感流行为主,2010年-2011年流感活动很弱,仅为散发,2012年春季以B型为主,11月开始以季节性流感H3为主。流感流行每年均有一个高峰,是冬春季儿童常见的传染病。Objective: To analyze the epidemic characteristics of influenza from 2009 to 2012, and provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza in Wuwei. Methods: The throat swab specimens of influenza - like illness were colleted from Wuwei People' s Hospital for virus nucleic acid detection by fluorescent quantitative PCR and epidemiological analysis. Results: In total 1944 specimens, there were 367 samples with influenza virus positive ( 18.88% ), including 127 influenza A ( H1 N1 ) cases, 90 seasonal H3 N2 cases, 1 seasonal H1 N1 case, 95 influenza B cases, and 54 non- typed cases. From 2009 to 2012, the positive rates of ILl cases were 29.87%, 10.47% , 8.05% and 28.19% respectively. Infants under one year old had the lowest detection rate(3.97% ), while the young between 15 and 20 years old had the highest detection rate (33.57%). Conclusion: In Wuwei city, the new influenza A (H1N1) was dominant in 2009, while only sporadic influenza illness were found from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, the influenza B was dominant in spring, but seasonal H3 ranked the top from November. The in- fluenza peak can be found once in each year, popular in children in spring and winter.
