摘　　要：下一代广电网络(NGB)的建设目标是构建支持"三网融合"业务、全程全网的高速信息网络,而它的运营管理必须具备相应的运营支撑系统(BOSS)。本文参考和分析电信运营商BOSS两级架构体系,对NGB BOSS两级架构方案进行分析,包括模式分析、功能定位、物理部署架构和总体实施思路等,提出一些做法和建议。The objective of Next Generation Broadcasting Network is to build a high -speed information network which could provide end- to- end triple -play service, so it needs a business and operation support system （BOSS） for its operation and management. Based on the analysis of the two - level mechanism of the BOSS of China telecommunication operators, the paper analyzes the two - lev- el architecture of NGB BOSS, including model analysis, functions framing, deployment architecture and main implementation thinking, and provides some suggestions for it.
