摘 要:基于目前低屈服点钢主要是作为耗能器(阻尼器)应用于上部结构的耗能减震,尝试设计了一种受力清晰、构造合理的多向低屈服点钢隔震耗能器支座,并对其进行初步的理论、试验研究和软件分析,为低屈服点钢隔震耗能支座的研制与应用开展一些有益的探索。对国产低屈服点钢进行了拉伸性能试验,得到了材料的屈服强度和延性。根据试验结果,通过ANSYS有限元程序对多向低屈服点钢隔震耗能支座模型进行了低周反复荷载作用下的多参数化验证性分析。结果表明:多向低屈服点钢隔震耗能支座具有较低的屈服点,较大的延性和耗能能力。通过不同的参数对比得到,随着支座腹板高厚比的减小、高宽比的增大,支座的耗能能力增强,等效阻尼比较大。Nowadays low yield point steel is mainly used for seismic energy dissipation in upper structure as dampers. But it's necessary to design multidirectional low yield point steel isolation bearing as simple, reasonable structure. And preliminary theoretical studies, experimental studies for the bearing are also worthy. Based on the tensibility experiment of low yield point steel, the yield strength, ductility of the steel were obtained. With the results of the experiment, multi- parametric analysis of low cycled reversed loading to the muhidirectional low yield point steel isolation bearing was also carried with ANSYS finite element program. The results indicate that the bearing has low yield points, high ductility and good energy dissipation capacity. Comparing with different parameters, with the decreases of the height and thickness ratio of webs and the height and width ratio of webs, the energy dissipation capacity is increased.
