摘　　要：介绍蔡淦教授辨治慢性胃肠疾病湿热证的临床经验。认为其病机以脾失健运为本,湿热内蕴为标;以中焦脾胃为主,波及上下二焦,病程缠绵难愈,多兼夹食滞。治疗宜健脾助运、清热化湿,调畅气机、分利三焦,治中焦如衡、以平为期,湿食并治、消积化滞。并举验案2则。This paper introduces Professor Cai Gan＇s experience in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders of dampness and heat accumulation. It is argued that gastrointestinal disorders result from spleen deficiency in root and from dampness and heat in branch; that gastrointestinal disorders are lingered, focused on the spleen and stomach and accompanied by food retention; the therapeutic methods lie in strengthening the spleen in transportation, clearing heat and relieving dampness, smoothing qi activity, and removing dampness and food retention. Two proven cases were presented for illustration.
