疏络散结汤治疗乳腺癌术后焦虑抑郁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏络散结汤治疗乳腺癌术后焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。方法将107例乳腺癌术后焦虑抑郁患者随机分为对照组(53例)和治疗组(54例)。两组均给予术后常规放化疗等治疗,治疗组结合疏络散结汤口服,疗程2个月。观察两组临床证候疗效及焦虑抑郁积分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为50.94%;治疗组临床证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者SAS、SDS量表积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组SAS、SDS量表积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏络散结汤治疗乳腺癌术后焦虑抑郁疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shuluo Sanjie Decoction＂ in treating anxiety and depression in postoperative breast cancer. Methods Total 107 subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 53 cases were treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and treatment group in which 54 cases were treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy and ＂ Shuluo Sanjie Decoction＂, with a course of two months. Results The overall effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 50.94% in the control group; the clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 O. O1 ）. After treatment, the SAS and S DS scores were decreased in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with lower score in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ＂Shuluo Sanjie Decoction＂ is quite effective to treat anxiety and depression in postoperative breast cancer.
