坤泰胶囊联合生物反馈电刺激治疗人工流产后月经减少临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察坤泰胶囊联合生物反馈电刺激治疗人工流产后月经减少的临床疗效。方法将70例人工流产后月经减少患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组予坤泰胶囊联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,对照组予雌激素-孕激素序贯治疗。两组疗程均为3个月经周期,观察临床疗效及子宫内膜厚度变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为65.7%、82.8%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后组内比较,子宫内膜厚度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,子宫内膜厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论坤泰胶囊联合生物反馈电刺激可有效治疗人工流产后月经减少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Kuntai Capsule＂ combining with biological feedback-electrical stimulation in treating spanomenorrhea after abortion. Methods Seventy cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 35 cases were treated by ＂Kuntai Capsule＂ and biological feedback-electrical stimulation, and control group in which 35 cases were treated by estrogen-lutin sequential therapy, with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy and endometrial thickness were observed. Results The total effective rate was 65.7% in the treatment group and 82.8% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）; there was significant difference in endometrial thickness between before and after treatment in both two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and after treatment, there was significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Kuntai Capsule＂ and biological feedback-electrical stimulation is effective to treat spanomenorrhea after abortion.
