三仁润肠方治疗慢传输型功能性便秘临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察三仁润肠方治疗肠燥津亏型慢传输型功能性便秘(FC)的疗效。[方法]60例肠燥津亏型慢传输型FC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组服用三仁润肠方治疗,对照组服用乳果糖口服液治疗,疗程均为4周。对治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周和停药4周时的各项症状评分、总评分以及治疗前和治疗4周时胃肠通过试验结果进行比较分析。[结果]治疗组显效率为66.67%,对照组显效率为24.14%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组大便性状、大便频率、排便困难程度、腹胀评分及总症状评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后胃肠通过试验钡棍排出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]三仁润肠方能够提高大便频率,改善大便性状,减轻排便相关不适症状,对肠燥津亏型慢传输型FC有较好的疗效。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Sanren Runchang Formula on the treatment of slow transit functional constipation （FC） ofintestinal dryness with fluid deficient syndrome. [Methods]Sixty slow transit FC patients with intestinal dryness and fluid deficient syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 patients in treatment group took Sanren Runchang Formula, while 30 patients in control group took lactulose solution. Treatment course for both groups was 4 weeks. Clinical symptomatic scores and gastrointestinal transit test were recorded and analyzed. [Results] The remarkable efficacies of treatment group and control group were 66. 67% and 24. 14%, respectively. Treatment group had a higher remarkable efficacy （P〈0.01）. The defecation frequency, stool shape, defecation difficulty, bloating scores and the total symptom scores of treatment group were improved more compared with control group （P〈0.05）. Gastrointestinal transit test of both groups had improved after 4 weeks treatment （P〈0.05）, but more barium sticks were discharged in treatment group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Sanren Runchang Formula can increase defecation frequency, modify stool shape and relieve defecation symptoms. The study showed that Sanren Runchang Formula has good therapeutic effect on slow transit functional constipation.
