江西省1999年麻疹疫苗初始强化免疫结果分析

摘　　要：为了预防和控制麻疹暴发或流行 ,进一步降低麻疹发病率 ,江西省于 1999年 10月进行了全省范围的 8月龄～ 7岁儿童麻疹疫苗 (MV)初始强化免疫活动。实际接种 2 82 7836人 ,报告接种率 96 0 9% ,免疫接种了 5 1989名“零剂次”免疫儿童。对填补免疫空白 ,减少易感人群的积累起到极其重要作用。In order to prevent and control measles outbreak and further reduce measles incidence, the measles vaccine mass immunization campaign was carried out in Jiangxi Province in October 1999. The immunized children were from 8 months to 7 years old. The actual inoculated children were 2,827,816, which included 51,989 zero dose children and the inoculating rate was 96 09%. This measles vaccine mass immunization campaign played an important role to fill up the immunization blank and reduce the susceptible children and hence has reached the desired goal.
